Our second day in Rome was spent exploring the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Basilica. It's so hard to pick a favorite moment, since everything was breathtaking. The Vatican Museum has a truly incredible collection of art, and while the interior of St. Peter's was amazing as well, the highlight was definitely the Sistine Chapel. It was one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences, to stand there and try to take it all in.
